Yummy Lemon Salmon Burgers
Yum, these were so good! Hubby loved them too. I made as directed and put them on buns with tomato. The lemon basil mayo really added to the flavor! I too was a little taken aback by the bones and skin in the can, but was able to pick it out okay. I served them on large size whole wheat buns, so only got three patties from the mix. Will definitely make these again!

Todd's Famous Blueberry Pancakes
Wow, these are good! I made them as written expecting to not let it sit for an hour, but it ended up doing so anyway just because I was getting other things ready. I used fresh blueberries and tried the butter and brown sugar topping. Really liked that! We tried syrup too, but that was a little too sweet for my taste.

Spicy Sweet Potatoes
I love sweet potatoes and have a similar recipe that has no sugar at all but with spices like this. This one was good too; i cut back on the sugar a bit because hubby likes the spicy flavors better. The combination of sweet and spice is really good. They took about 30-35 minutes to cook, so it was a nice side dish for a week night. Thanks for sharing!
