Brownie Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
I really wanted to love this cheesecake, but it wasn't to be. I like a dense NY style cheesecake and it was more of a "fluffy" cheesecake. I also don't think the flavors of the cheesecake and brownie worked together very well.

Brownie Frosting
Yummy! What an awesome frosting to add to brownies. Actually, it is almost like fudge.

Robust Marinated Steak
I have to agree with the previous poster in that marinating the steak overnight may be too long. While I enjoyed the flavor, the meat (I used organic sirloin) became quite tough. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
