My first attempt at baking cookies; I ended up with mint chocolate chip cookies that were burnt on bottom and raw in the middle. Not sure how I did that...

Pizza Casserole
Love this!!! My family loves pizza so I decided to try this without the peppers. I made a meat lovers pizza casserole with sausage, Canadian bacon, ground beef, and pepperoni. I've got a super picky family so I used onion and garlic powder instead of the chopped onions and garlic. I also added Parmesan. It came out tasting so good. Everyone loved it.

Nadine's Delicious Tilapia
I didn't like this fish recipe at all and neither did my family. I even added some parmesan because my family really loves cheese. But it didn't make a difference. It just tasted way too floury and also like out was missing something.

Extreme Chocolate Cake
This cake is so tasty. I followed the directions to a tee and the cake came out super yummy. I had an issue with the consistency of the frosting. It kind of ran down the sides of the cake. I found that refrigerating the frosting over nigh thickens up the frosting so it doesn't run off the sides. Other than that.. Delicious cake!
