Famous Butter Chicken

Follwed exactly as written. Chicken was good but not great. The butter seemed to just burn to the bottom of the pan and seemed pointless

Peanut Butter Dreams

Entire family loved these! Had a little problem dipping them, the chocolate never got runny enough and I was afraid of burning it, so that part got a little messy...but they tasted awesome!

Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe

I LOVED these! I followed the suggestion to drop the garlic in the water for the last 10 minutes of boiling to make it softer. Next time I may use a little less butter to make it a little healthier, but I definitely give these 5 stars!!

Candy-Coated Milk Chocolate Pieces Cookies I

My husband came home from work and discovered that I had made these cookies and proceeded to eat 12 throughout the night (I take it he loved them!). I only had to cook these cookies for 8 minutes and I used to mini cooking M&M's and just mixed them all in the dough since I didn't want to deal with placing all those little things on the tops.

Powdered Sugar Cookies I

These cookies were pretty good. My oven is usually right on, but I had to bake these for 10 minutes. They were very soft, but the started to crumble the next day (which I've never had happen before).

Urban Legend Cookies II

These cookies were a hit with my hubby's coworkers. He got several requests for the recipe and thank you e-mails for the delicious treat! I had to bake these for 12 min, don't know if I rolled them too large or what, but they still seemed a little undercooked when I took them out but cooled fine and tasted great!

Teary-Eyed Fried Pork Chops

This recipe did not work for me...I tried it according to the directions and the first pork chop ended up with no breading. I then tried coating them in egg first and this worked better. On the last one I double dipped (egg/batter/egg/batter) and ended up with a heavily coated one. Overall my husband and I did not like the taste and the results were pretty dissappointing.

Cheddar Bay Biscuits

These were soooo good! I added some garlic powder and parsley flakes to the batter and then followed the directions. My husband and I both loved these! I had a problem with the biscuits sticking to the parchment paper...but maybe that was just me...
