Baked Soy Lemon Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2013
I have made this alot and i usually change things around to suit our tastes but i left this alone. I do, however, have a vacuum sealer with a marinator attachment. I marinate my chops with it and it really pulls the flavor into the meat. It makes a wonderfully easy and tasty recipe that much better.

Maple Glazed Pork Loin

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2006
This was absolutely fabulous!!! I replaced the vinegar with soy sauce and basted the roast every 10 - 15 minutes during the last hour in the oven. I just might try this on the grill.

Cube Steak Parmesan

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2006
This recipe was a definite hit!!! The only thing I changed were the cracker crumbs. Instead of those I used italian seasoned bread crumbs. I have made this using both tomato sauce and using Ragu 7-herb spaghetti sauce. We prefer the Ragu to the tomato sauce. This goes well on a bed of linguine mixed with butter and grated parmesan cheese.

Barbecued Beef Cubes or Hamburger

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2005
This is a favorite recipe in my house. I double everything but the onion(because I use large onions) and serve it over buttered noodles. Everyone loves it.

Pork Chops in Beer

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2004
This recipe was fairly decent and not all that difficult. I chopped a medium size onion and 2 large cloves of fresh garlic and added a decent dash of worchestershire sauce and Liquid Smoke. The gravy came out a little runny so I think I might not add as much beer. Otherwise, it smelled great and tasted well with pork.

Easiest BBQ Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2004
After reading the reviews, here is what I did: 1.) Browned the chops with onion powder, garlic salt and pepper. 2.) Instead of 1 cup ketchup, I used 1/2c ketchup & 1/2c Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce(my personal favorite for all my pork recipes). 3.) Added 1Tbs Liquid Smoke. I also decreased the cooking time to 5 hours on low. The smell after a little while was great and the chops came out perfect.
