Pesto Spaghetti Squash

Absolutely delicious! Didn't have an onion so I subbed fresh garlic. Halfed the red pepper flakes as others suggested and it had the right about of spice. Next time I'm going to add toasted pine nuts and some vegan sausage for an added pizazz.

Green Beans with Cherry Tomatoes

As many others did, I didn't include the sugar and used fresh garlic. I also added a pinch of red pepper flakes. Absolutely delicious!! Look forward to making it again next week when I get more green beans from my farm box.

Ethiopian Cabbage Dish

This is one of my favorite Ethiopian dishes and I am pleasantly surprised at how EASY & QUICK it is to make. Like the other reviewers, I doubled all the spices. I also wanted to more cabbage (maybe I bought I small one) the first time I made it and used a whole cabbage. So happy to add this in to our dinner rotation!

Roasted Cajun Potatoes

All I can say is these potatoes rock!!! I followed the recipe (minus parsley) and made it into a vegetarian dinner treat with cheddar and eggs on top. Wow! Spicy and delicious. Definitely will make these again.

Creamy Rice Pudding

Super easy and delicious. I topped with crushed walnuts and added cinnamon to the first rice/milk mixture. Love the consistency.

Irish Brown Soda Bread

I made this recipe yesterday and the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the consistency wasn't as crumbly as Irish bread...might be due to the flour though. I am thinking of getting some Irish flour online and it'll probably be perfect! Thank you so much!
