Berry Trifle

Very good I used 12 oz bags of strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries and a 16oz pound cake so I could layer in my triffle bowl. Also added a little milk like others. Make sure to leave plenty of time for thawing mine was still frozen a little even though I made it several hours ahead.

Deep Dark Chocolate Souffle

This is definitely deep and dark. You will need to add semi-sweet chocolate like others if you want something "chocolatty" I served with raspberries and choc. sauce and it got rave reviews. I also made it about an hour or so ahead of time and put it in the fridge until the over was free for baking and it was done right after dinner.

Roasted Vegetables

This was very good and could be used with just about any veggie. I used carrots, normal bakeing potatoes and vidalia onions. I will be using this recipe for a long time to come.
