Kielbasa and Cabbage
This was very good. I made a few changes to make it healthier. I only fried two pieces of bacon instead of six. I added four tablespoons of olive oil to make up for the rest of the bacon grease. I only added 1 tablespoon of sugar. I don't like really sugary foods. I also added a sprinkle of 100% real bacon bits and 1/4 teaspoon of regular salt when adding the onions. I used turkey kielbasa. I added another sprinkle of 100% real bacon bits at the end when crumbling the two pieces of bacon. It goes well with a baked potato on the side.

Black Bean and Couscous Salad
This tastes great! I used vegetarian broth in place of chicken broth. I also tripled the ingredients for the dressing with the exception of the olive oil. I only used one can of seasoned black beans that I drained well. I only used 4 green onions. No more than the 1/4 cup of cilantro is needed.

Uncooked Banana Pudding
This is a quick, solid banana pudding recipe. It is good and I wouldn't mind serving it to other people. It was very easy to make. You can also use reduced fat sour cream or whipped cream. I don't like really sweet desserts, so this is good without being overly sweet. I'm not sure if it is the best or will be the best I ever have, but it's solid. UPDATE: On Day One, I gave this four stars. Now I'm revising it up to five stars! It tastes even better on Day Two!! Actually, it tastes amazing on Day Two!
