Caramel Apple Dip

A perfect alternative to a Caramel Apple. Couldn't believe I actually got my son to eat a REAL apple. I was looking for a caramel apple recipe that was easy, ha-ha. This recipe was soooo easy compared to real caramel apples and really, the taste was to die for.

I think it needs a little garlic for more flavor.

WOW, great flavor! If you're not serious about great food then don't bother with this recipe. I'm am becoming a fan of spicy food fast. Great recipe for guests, it's so easy to make but totally tastes as though you slaved to prepare it. Impress you family and friends with this satisfying meal, your stock as a great cook will really go up.

Pepper, Onion & Feta Pizza

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2008
Great recipe!! I made it last night for my Bunco group and it was the first pizza(out of 3 different types made)to go. It did fall apart somewhat while serving and eating but was still worth the effort due to the fantastic flavor. Maybe next time I will sprinkle a small amount of mozzarella on top to hold everything together(very small amount as not to compete with the flavor of the Feta cheese).

Very good but the bacon was too strong. Make ahead one day or cut back on the mayo.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

It's better than the rest !! One guy said that it literally gave him goosebumps upon the first bite. Another guy told his stuffy wife (who passed on all dessert in an 8 week class)that she "had to try this one". If you are even considering this recipe "JUST DO IT". It will really make you look like you are a pro.

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2007
Yea !!!! Finally I've found a wonderful Apple Pie recipe. I made this for the first time at Thanksgiving and already I have a sister blowing off the traditional birthday cake for a Birthday Apple Pie. Just good old fashion Apple Pie just the way grandma used to make.

Cranberry Almond Biscotti

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2007
At first the texture of the dough scared me (too gooey)but then I just went with it and followed the directions as written. All came out very very good. I will definently make these again. I loved the tartness from the cranberries and the cookie was not overly sweet so it is the perfect snack for any time of the day.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2007
This was an excellent recipe...and I didn't even make it right. When I got home i didn't have ground clove so I used plain cinnamon and nutmeg. The first thing my husband said when he walked in from work was " Wow, something smells really good". I can't wait to try it again but this time I will try it using the recipe as written.

Sooo easy to throw together and it has wonderful flavor. The nuts add texture and the extra vanilla and cinnamon gives it lot's of zip. A wonderful recipe to add to your recipe box. :)

With the ease of this recipe and the basic ingredients in it, I would highly recommend it. These cookies look and taste like you did something special. My 13 year son said they were the best chocolate chip cookies he ever tasted. I did not even ask him what he thought. You're sure to impress lot's with this one !!
