Pecan Pie Tarts

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Very good cookies! I used to eat these growing up, we called them cowboy cookies. Followed advice from other reviewers, increased flour and baking soda and cut salt in half...perfect and delicious. Mine didn't spread at all when I baked them. I refrigerated the dough for 30 minutes before scooping them onto trays and it worked beautifully. They were thick and soft and chewy. Yummy! Thanks for this recipe!

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

I tasted this at a church potluck recently...when I saw the little squares on the table I wasn't really sure what they were, I actually thought it was some kind of bread pudding. Well, thank goodness I picked one up...one bite and I was AMAZED! I searched around asking who made this dessert, in dire need of the recipe! I couldn't believe when I heard it was made with just crescent rolls, cream cheese and a few more simple ingredients. This dessert tastes like it should have been complicated and taken a long time to make. I was thrilled to be told this recipe could be found on allrecipes and it was so simple. Thank you for sharing this amazing dessert with us! These little bites of cheesecake heaven make this world a better place...truly one of the best desserts I've ever tasted. It's perfectly cheesy and sweet, almost a mix between cheese danish and cheesecake. I can't say enough about this recipe...if anyone has never tried this just make it...now! You won't be disappointed!

Spinach Quiche

Excellent recipe, hubby said its the best quiche I've ever made! Only used 1 Tbsp butter (a whole stick would have been way too much), omitted the mushrooms and used fresh spinach instead of frozen (just sauteed until wilted in skillet after onions and garlic were soft). Also, plain feta instead of the flavored kind...the feta makes this! It gives it a really yummy, salty kick. Will definitely be making this again, and probably two at a time next time (we ate the whole dish in one sitting, and quiche is one of those "better when leftover" kind of dishes to me!) Very yummy, thanks for the recipe!
