Macadamia-Crusted Sea Bass with Mango Cream Sauce

This is my favorite way to eat fish. I get it only occasionally because sea bass is expensive. The mango cream sauce is divine and I have used the sauce on baked pork chops and chicken.

Mushroom Blue Cheese Turkey Burgers

I have been making these for 3 years now and everyone that tries them continue to ask me to make them. I follow recipe as is but when I am mixing everything together, I add blue cheese crumbles to mixture to they are all mixed into burgers instead of just on top. I found the crumbles a bit difficult to keep in place and end up with the blue cheese all in my grill. I have only grilled these year round. Have never cooked on stove or in oven. Plain and simple, It is a very yummy burger that even the kids love.

Penne and Vodka Sauce

Don't underrate a recipe if you change all the ingredients the poster gives you. Thats just not fair! Substitute bacon for pancetta? There is NO substitution for the taste. Be careful of adding much extra because the pancetta is pretty salty. My local grocery carries the pancetta and the local grocers are much more willing to order you something they don't usually carry over the big chain grocers. Excellent recipe. Thanks!

Fish Tacos with Honey-Cumin Cilantro Slaw and Chipotle Mayo

These fish tacos were yummy! Made both dressings ahead while fish marinated. Fairly easy to make and the dressing I made extra to put on coleslaw the next night with pulled BBQ pork sandwiches. Hubby said they could be in a restaurant so I guess he liked the too!!

Crab-Stuffed Filet Mignon with Whiskey Peppercorn Sauce

The first time you cook this, it is time consuming but each time after that it is much easier. My 21 yr old son found this recipe and cooked it like a pro. It was simply divine. Using the best cut of steak added to the awesome sauce and stuffing, this will beat most fancy restaurants hands down. He has since made this dish several times all with the same great outcome! We love it...Thanks!
