Definitely a keeper! Will be doing this recipe again and again. I used the beef broth and two packets of dressing mix as other reviews had suggested. I also would highly recommend the longer cooking time on low. I even turned my crock pot down to the "keep warm" setting for the last 3 hours or so. The meat didn't even really need to be shredded, it fell apart when I pulled it out to shred it. We ate it on toasted buns with provolone melted on under the broiler. Then added sauteed mushroom and onion with peppercinis on top.
