Foolproof Rib Roast

This turned out really well. Our roast was only about 2 lbs, so I kept the same times, but dropped the temp to 375 degrees. I also used olive oil to coat the roast so that the seasoning would stick better. Then I wrapped it in aluminum foil to hold in the juices.

Chocolate Oatmeal Porridge

I followed the recipe exactly and did not care for it. It was not nearly sweet enough for me. I added some shredded coconut and Splenda, which helped; however, I do not plan to make it again.
