Bourbon Whiskey BBQ Sauce
I have made this recipe a couple of times. I've used this on ribs and pulled pork. Its has a wonderful flavor you can't buy anywhere. I really like using Jim Beam. To anyone who reads these reviews: Don't strain anything out the first time. You might find it gives a flavor that is different.

Beer and Maple Lentil Stew
This stew was a great choice for a cool, rainy Sunday. The flavors combined perfectly. I doubled the recipe (for more leftover) I will definitely will be making this again!

California Grilled Veggie Sandwich
I was looking for a recipe to do on the grill that was different than the norm. It couldn't have been easier. Tasted fantastic and everyone loved them!
