I used fusilli this time and I thought it was the best pasta choice of any I've tried to date. I also used Feta cheese with Mediterranean herbs. When I make this dish I always season each ingredient, starting with the ground beef, with a good dash of oregano and just a hint of dried dill as I add it in. This gives the dish more depth of flavor.
