Shrimp with Penne and Squash

This recipe was amazing. My family and I really enjoyed it. I used Italian Seasoning instead of the dried oregano and basil. I also used some sweet onion sauteed before the squash and the juice of a lime instead of lemon. We love olive oil so I drizzled some over the cooked pasta before mixing in the shrimp and squash. It was delicious!

Chocolate Cupcakes

The cupcakes tasted great, but they were very hard to pull away from the paper. Very messy to eat. I added one more Tbs. of butter and I used dark chocolate cocoa powder. I had to bake them longer than indicated. Filling the cups 3/4 full made them spill out. They also were flat and sunken in the middle.
