Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2010
We no longer buy pancake mix because of this fabulous recipe! I keep a gallon-sized bag of the dry ingredients mixed together in the pantry to lessen some of the time needed for measuring, etc. ~ We always use this pancake recipe when hosting guests and it gets rave reviews! Thanks for sharing!

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2010
Not bad, but I felt it need some help in the flavor department. Also, when grilling be sure not to flip them too often and move them around as little as possible because I find it dries them out.

DELICIOUS! The type of balsamic vinegar makes a HUGE difference - get the best quality vinegar you can afford because it makes a world of difference in the flavor!

Best Fried Green Tomatoes

These were very good and exceptionally easy to make. It's definitely a recipe we'll keep on-hand during the summer months when our garden is over flowing with tomatoes!

Blue Cheese Bites

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2010
This has become an all-time favorite and a staple in our entertaining menu! I've made it several times for my Bunco group and even women who aren't crazy about blue cheese enjoyed it. I've also made it "monkey bread-style" in a bundt pan and it turned out great - I had to add about 20 minutes more to the cooking time. Delicous! Thank you for sharing!

Kettle Corn

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2010
LOVED it! It was easier than I thought and it was so delicious I had to stop myself from eating it! ** I got some "gourmet infused sugars" from a spice shop in Florida, so I tried this recipe with the raspberry-infused sugar... HOLY MOSES was it amazing! If you can find flavored sugars, definitely give them a whirl with this recipe!

Roasted Spicy Garbanzo Beans

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2008
My two year-old ate these faster than I could put them on his plate! I cut down a bit on the "spicy" part, but other than that made as directed. VERY yummy!

Beer Chops I

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2008
First time I tried it as is - it DEFINITELY needed some "help" with the flavor. The next couple of times I've added different spices and it was much better - the best spices I've found with it so far are Everglades seasoning.

Cream Puff Cake

A-Mazing!! I added a layer of chocolate fudge frosting before putting in the filling and it made it even tastier! This is a great pot luck recipe - I always get asked for copies when I make it!

Tuna Noodle Casserole IV

This was a nice variation of the "typical" tuna noodle casserole I've made. Both my husband and toddler had seconds and it made even better left-overs!!

Ham and Beans

I used an inexpensive ham steak for this recipe - it turned out delicious! I added a few "shakes" of Tabasco and my husband couldn't stop commenting on how great the sweet and spicy flavor was. Thanks for sharing this recipe!!

Hamburger Hash

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2006
This was a good "base" recipe, but was in need of some flavor. I added some minced garlic, fresh mushrooms, worcestershire, and lots of fresh ground pepper. My husband loved it - I will make it again with the tweaks.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

I enjoyed this recipe very much - I'm not much of a "fish person", but my husband, who loves fish, has been urging me to try more. We decided to try this one based on the rates and reviews - we were not disappointed!
