Enchilada Meatballs

I really liked them, but my family thought they were a little too spicy. Will make them again.

Green Bean Casserole II

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2005
My fiancee wanted green beans with dinner last night and I was looking for a quick and easy recipe to dress the beans up a little bit. This recipe was a winner. It just took a few minutes to put it together and I already had all the ingredients on hand. It was so simple, but tasted wonderful. Exactly what I was looking for. The only change I made was not to top it of with onions at the end. I didn't want the onions to overpower the green beans. Thank you for sharing this recipe. It will become a favorite in our house.

This recipe was a nice change from just regular spaghetti and tomato sauce. My 8 year old loved it.

Great recipe! I only used 1/2 of an apple and next time I will also double the amount of tuna. There were no leftovers.

German Sausage Chowder

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2005
I added too much water at first and took some of it away while the cabbage was cooking. The sausage lacked a little bit of flavor, but I will try a spicier sausage next time. The chowder still turned out a little bit too runny, but when we reheated the left overs the next day it was absolutely perfect. My fiancee loved it. One of his favorite dishes now.

Cowboy Skillet Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2005
Great recipe for a week night. Very easy to prepare. I added a can of corn and a can of stewed tomatoes to the beef mixture. I thought it was a little bit too sweet, but my fiancee loved it. Next time I will substitute the baked beans for pinto beans.

I thought this recipe was just awful. We did not like it at all. The flavors were terrible, sorry. Will not make again.

Viva Madrid Spanish Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2004
Great recipe! My 8 year old couldn't get enough of it. I skipped the dates, substituted the chili powder for paprika, the thyme for basil and didn't add the garlic powder, because it already had 4 cloves of garlic. Turned out awesome. Served over wild rice. Will make again.

John's Flammekueche

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2004
The taste was great, but I also had the problem with the sauce being way too thin. It made the dough so soggy that when I tried to get it off the sheet, everything fell apart. I will give this receipe another try, but next time I will reduce the sauce to 2/3 cup and put the ingredients on the dough first and then cover it with the sauce.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2004
This was a wonderful recipe. I liked the flour coating on the chicken. It made it very moist. The flavor was wonderful. I also enjoyed the thin sauce. I served the chicken with oven roasted new potatoes and used them to scoop up the sauce. It was a wonderful flavor combination. This dish will become a regular one for me. Thanks for sharing :)
