Apple Squares

Exquisite. I added a couple tablespoons of unsweetened apples sauce. One of my favorite deserts by far. Thank you!

Roasted Radishes

This was interesting. I used black radishes and lime instead of lemon. Next time I will use lemon, as the lime was too strong. Thyme is a great compliment. Thank you.

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2013
Cut the recipe in half, and it came out great. More so like a cake. Used 1/2 Apple sauce and 1/2 veg. oil. Added more chocolate chips and a little more pumpkin. It was very moist and everyone liked it. Thanks for publishing.

Baklava

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2013
It was fantastic! Tasty and rich. I made it with Macadamia and Walnuts. I did not pour the entirely amount of sauce, I poured about 1/4 of it (slightly cooled) onto the baklava after baking. Stored the rest in the fridge. I didn't want it soggy :) It was fun to make and got my boyfriend to help layer the phyllo. Thank you for recipe.

French Baguettes

Reviewed: May 2, 2013
Wonderful flavor and crust. Added a little bit more flour to the mixture. I didn't use a bread machine and just kneaded the dough. Preheated my oven to 250 for about 1-2 minutes and let it rise in there. Speeding up the time. We made sandwiches with Turkey, Spinach, Caramelized Shallots and Spicy brown mustard. Thank you.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2013
NO EGG - I thought I had all the ingredients in my cabinets. However, somehow when I got to beating the egg...MY EGGS WERE FROZEN. So I panicked but I decided to proceed. I added 1 cup of milk, 1/2 tablespoon of veg. oil, and about a tablespoon of maple syrup. Hoping that everything would stay together, the muffins came out to my surprise, amazing for no egg. My boyfriend and I both ate 2 muffins! Thank you!
