Egg in a Boat
My Mom made this when I was a kid using small shaped cookie cutters. She called it "toad in a hole". Still have this on occasion, 60 years later.

Old Fashioned Chicken Pot Pie
Nice quick recipe, unfortunately too high in sodium for people with high blood pressure. It would have to modified to eliminate canned soup and vegetables.
