Almond Squares II
not much almond flavor, suprising since it uses the very expensive paste. Needs a lot more paste or extract.

Oatmeal Chocolate Coconut Chewy
Too dry! I did not overbake but still were very dry. I would try using about a cup less oatmeal if I try again. Disappointed especially after all the great reviews and expensive ingredients used. I make a lot of cookies and have a lot of experience but cant recommend these. I have had better. Too hard and dry.

Harvested Chicken Stew
very good, sauted everything first including raw chicken. added a roux to thicken. 4tbsp melted butter and 5 tbsp flour.Try it with any assortment of vegs. Used some homemade stock. Everyone liked it.
