MMMMM... Brownies

These are awesome brownies. I played with the recipe a bit to combat the cake-like quality of the brownies that some reviewers complained about, and found that using only 1 egg makes them much more fudge-like. Would be 5 stars for me with this change. Also, I reserved about 1/3 cup of the chocolate chips to sprinkle on top before baking. Yum!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

I used 1/2 tbsp. vanilla. So good! Chewy and sucha great texture! I may try adding walnuts next time, or oats and peanut butter. These cookies are yummy!

Buttery Soft Pretzels

Yummy pretzels! I used 4 cups flour, 1/4 cup sugar. Be sure the cookie sheet is very greased, bake 8-10 minutes. Toppings I tried were regular salt, minced onion, and cinnamon-sugar. Loved the cinnamon sugar! The others were great too. Would love to try with sesame seeds. Nice recipe!

Freshly Fresh Strawberry Muffins

These muffins were a little bit doughy but good. I didn't have strawberry yogurt but substituted vanilla. I sprinkled sugar on top for extra flavor, this also gave it a crisper texture on top. If I make them again, I will try using extra sugar in the batter, maybe even brown sugar. Overall, good idea, just needs a little revising.
