Japanese-Style Sesame Green Beans

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2007
I was very happy with the way these green beans turned out. I was a little nervous because I am not a huge fan of green beans, but I wanted to try them in this recipe. I'm glad I did. I really liked them!

Quinoa and Black Beans

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2007
I really enjoyed this dish. I made a quinoa dish before and I wasn't overly excited about it, but this recipe came out awesome. My only problem was that I was all set to make this and I realized I didn't buy an onion! I put in some onion powder and it was still great, but I want to try this with a real onion next time!

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2007
I thought this was excellent. I am a vegetarian, so I make all of the chicken breast recipes with a product called "Naked Cutlets" by Quorn. They look just like chicken breasts, and they have an awesome flavor. I haven't eaten meat in 10 years, so I couldn't really compare the taste to real chicken, but they tasted wonderful in this recipe. I will definately be making this again!

Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2006
This tasted awesome!!!!!!!! I had some bananas in the freezer, so I used one of those and it made the smoothie ice cold and very delicious. I will definately be making this more often!!

Southwest-Style Egg Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2005
Loved them!! I made them for a New Year's Eve party that I am going to tonight and I know they will be a hit. My boyfriend and I had to try one right after we made them. I was pleased at how easy they were to make and how easy the egg roll wrappers were to deal with. I'll definately make these again!

Broccoli Bites

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2005
Awesome! The only three things I changed were to increase the flour to 1 cup, the baking powder to 1 tsp. and the salt to 1 tsp. because someone in these reviews suggested it. They came out absolutely perfect and go great with the honey mustard dip. I made them for tonight's New Year's Eve party and I think everyone will like them. The only problem is stopping myself from sneaking them while my boyfriend is in the shower. I've got to save them for the party!!

Banana Oat Muffins

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2005
I really liked these muffins. I made them just the way the recipe said and when they were done, I just spread a tiny bit of margarine on one of them and it tasted great. I would eat them without the margarine also because they had a wonderful banana flavor. I can't wait to eat more!!

Banana Custard Scrunch

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2005
I really liked this recipe. I live alone so I made the four glasses and then put them in the fridge. They are the perfect amount for a healthy snack. The honey oats came out good and crunchy.

Apple-Raisin French Toast Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2005
I loved this recipe. I made it exactly how it says and it was perfect. I also used a recipe from this site called "Simple Maple Syrup" and it was a big hit with my boyfriend and I.

Simple Maple Syrup

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2005
This syrup was awesome!! I just used it on an Apple-Raisin French Toast Casserole recipe that I got on this website and it tasted great. My boyfriend and I had it for our day after Christmas breakfast and he loved it as well. Do NOT let the thinness of the syrup put you off. It's the best I've ever tasted.

Easy Vegetable Pot Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2005
I love this recipe! I have made it 3 or 4 times already, but when I went to the store I couldn't find regular, 9 inch pie crusts, so I had to use the deep dish pie crusts. Now I use those every time I make this recipe. I just use two cans of cream of potatoe soup and a bunch of veggies, usually whatever I have on hand, fresh or frozen.
