So Delicious! Perfectly Tasty! I made this 3x already and used a combination of parmigiano reggiano, mozzarella and aged cheddar. Thanks Chef John!

Chef John's Meatless Meatballs

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2014
This recipe is a true keeper! Very tasty and delicious! I used portobello mushrooms and mozzarella cheese instead of the parmesan and button mushrooms. I also made my own homemade bread crumbs too and marinated overnight. Die hard Meat lovers would be extremely surprised to find out that something so appetizing actually be made without meat! Will definitely be making this again and again.

Amazing Apple Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2013
Delicious, moist, flavourful! The only modifications I did was decrease the oil by half ( I used cold pressed olive oil) and the sugar by about 2 tablespoons, also and made a streusel topping to cover the top. I also added a bit of grapefruit rind to the egg mixture for fun. :) Here's the recipe I used for the streusel. 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup flour 1 tablespoon water 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon 1/4 cup butter, softened Mix all ingredients until crumbly.

Annemarie's Lemon Bars

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2013
Fantastically delicious!!!! Made this at least 4 times already and each time this dessert has been a HUGE crowd-pleaser. They still continue to ask me when's the next time I'll make this again! I agree with some of the suggestions from other reviewers about either doubling the filling recipe or cutting in half the crust recipe for a more balanced end result.

Apple Bars

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2013
This was very easy to make and quite tasty too. I only used 1/2 cup of sugar and still found it to be very pleasant. I didn't add walnuts, for spices I used for cinnamon and nutmeg. Will definitely keep this one in my recipe box. I'm sure my colleagues will enjoy these bars very much when I share it with them too.
