This was VERY good! I used sour milk instead of regular, and I did use the corn. My family raved about this. That was certainly a compliment since my hubby is a chef and was featured in a magazine for his own recipe of cornbread! Thank you for the awesome recipe!!

Amish White Bread

This is an awesome loaf of bread! I used less sugar for the loaves. But when I used this dough for cinnamon rolls I used the full 2/3 cup. An amazing, tasty and versatile recipe. Thank you!

Snickerdoodle Cake I

This was great as written. But, I will change next time and use all butter instead of shortening and maybe figure out how to make it moister. But this was amazing and I will make regularly. Much easier than cookies with the same flavor.

Bread Bowls

This was a tasty bread, a bit sweet, next time I will reduce the sugar. My only problem is that on the second rise, it flattened out and doubled it didn't raise up. Still was good and I will make again just for the flavor.

Buttery Soft Pretzels

These were so good! The taste was better than any pretzel I ever had! The texture was perfect. I followed recipe exactly and everyone loved them! Next time will try to double the recipe since they went so fast!

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn

This is absolutely fabulous! I have made this a lot. Everyone loves it. At Christmas I made up several batches and filled large canning jars with it, decorated them, and gave out with my usual cookie trays to friends and family, everyone ate this first, then asked for more!

This recipe is excellent! I have added canned tomatoes, the kind with onoins and stuff and when i have time i will add chopped fresh romas. that is the only change i make . thanks for the great recipe.

Banana Coconut Loaf

this was pretty good. i made a few changes. i substituted choc. chips for cherries and used macadamia nuts instead of walnuts. i used a dark pan so i lowered the temp of the oven by about 25degrees. it is really great fresh from the oven, but i cant wait to try it in the morning with my coffee, as other reviewers have said it is better the next day. thanks for the recipe.

Best Bread Machine Bread

This is excellent bread. I was feeling like I couldn't use my bread machine after my last loaf, it turned out very dense and didn't rise. This was perfect. I made it last night, and it is already gone! No changes to this recipe, it is a definate keeper. Thanks

Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Muffins

These are great! Taste is perfect. I had to use a little extra milk, i didnt use cream. Made exactly 12. You need to fill up the entire cup, and they are just right. They came out beautiful.

Banana Chip Muffins I

I just made these, and they are great! I did add a little more milk, i think 2 tablespoons or so. They are moist and perfect fresh from the oven! I would recomend not using dak non-stick pans though. I think that is what caused bottoms to be tougher and to dark for my taste. But wow! What a muffin top. Update- I forget to say I used 1/2 brown sugar and 1/2 white sugar.

These are incredible! They are my new favorite peanut butter cookie! I love that they are soft and chewy on the inside and just a little crisp on the outside! I have made these several times now. Thank you for the great recipe.

Pumpkin Gingerbread

This was incredible! I made this last night to have with coffee in the AM, but by the time we went to bed it 1/2 gone! Great recipe! Smells so wonderful while baking. It really is starting to smell like the holidays now!I am definately making this again in small pans for gifts at Christmas. I also made the spread of cream cheese and marshmallow cream, was delicous! Thanks for a wonderful recipe.
