Light Wheat Rolls

I used this recipe for a friend who can't digest white flour, as a hot cross bun recipe. I made a few changes, I used milk instead of water, increase the butter, added spices and increased the sugar, these buns were very light,the compliments I received were many, great recipe, I will be using this from now on as my wheat bread recipe and as hot cross buns for those with white flour allergies.

Butter Pound Cake

Excellent flavor and texture I could not believe that this cake would taste this way because there were no rising agent but it was very light and good to the last crumb.
