White Chocolate Snack Mix

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2012
This is great! Used 9 cups of the cereals, total, 2C pretzels, 14oz party peanuts, candy corn & festive m&m's, and one bag of Hershey's white chips. Add the candy just before laying out onto wax paper. Just enough coverage of the white chocolate. Thanks Sue.

Salsa Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2009
This is one I go back to many times. Good with rice or mashed potatoes. I use more salsa, extra for the rice or potatoes. Even good without cheese and sour cream but the best way is as stated in recipe.

Peanut Noodles

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2005
Good. I add seasoned chicken breast, cut in bite size, seasoned with ginger, red pepper, garlic, then browned in some oil . Then I make the sauce in the same pan as chicken. I also break the noodles in half bfore cooking, seems to mix easier and easier to handle. Very yummy dinner.

Oh Yummy. Good to keep in the fridge. No artificial taste as with some "fluffy" fruit salads.

Texas Sheet Cake V

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2005
Very easy and yummy. I make this often, the ingredients are most always on hand. Sometimes with walnuts, sometimes without. Good both ways. Frosting sets up quickly, move fast when frosting the hot/warm cake.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2005
I made this for a family night at church. I changed the servings to 137 so that the ground beef would come out to be 5 pounds for shopping purposes and 27 servings (I think) for 5 pounds for the preparing. I made the meatloves in 5 batches, one onion and 1 1/2 sleves of crackers, everything else was to the mesurements. The onions really do need to be chopped tiny. I put the loaves on huge baking sheets, mixed the brown sugar and ketchup together, poured on top, Make sure it all gets covered or it will be dry and crunchy in the area. Baked for 1 1/ hours. VERY YUMMY! got lots of great feedback even from those who did not know I was the cook! Thank-you Wanda!

I doubled the recipe and bakedin 9x13 P. Chef stone, very good. Didn't have time to make the frosting for these. Wonderful without. Does not have the oil taste like you get from the box. Looking forward having these with the frosting. Thanks Angie.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2005
Yum. I doubled this into one large baking pan, added 4 potatoes with the carrots, peas and chicken, did not add cerely or celery salt, didn't have either but added 3/4 tsp Thyme. Next time will change, adding the peas after the 15 min boil, just so that stay brighter in color. Very good as leftovers today. The carrots, potatoes and chicken were cooked the right amount of time, not too mushy not too firm. Thanks!!
