I made this recipe three times. The first two times I followed the direction to the t and like many others had quite a mess in the bottom of my oven. The last time I adjusted just a little. I added a splash of vanilla and about 1/8th a cup more sugar. I used the topping very sparingly and I baked for 18 mins. I also didn't fill them to the top! They turned out much better. Some of the muffins turned out a little browner then I would like under the muffin liner. Next time I'm going to bake them on 350 and see if that will help. Other than a few little tweeks I think this one is definitely a keeper. My boyfriend loved them. :)
