Thai Chicken Vegetable Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2014
It was good. I went with a regular chicken broth since I could not find the one listed.

Lazygirl's Ground Turkey Stroganoff

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2014
I added garlic along with the onion and meat. I also added a tablespoon of flour after all the ingredients were together to thicken the sauce-but it did not necessarily need it. Followed all other directions exactly and it was fantastic! My husband thought there was cheese in it because it tasted so creamy and delicious.

My goodness this is good! I started by cooking my chicken in a pan with taco seasoning. I shredded the chicken breats with a folk for a more authentic taste.

Very easy but tastes like it took effort. Not to mention healthy too. This will be a staple for our house.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2013
This was just okay. I used 1/2 butter and 1/2 oil to pan fry the chicken. It was too greasy for me. I would prefer baked cordon bleu. However the sauce was tastey and interesting.

Greek Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2013
Eh, wasn't that good and wasn't that bad either. The salad dressing gave it a slimy consistancy which turned me off completely.

Halupki (Stuffed Cabbage)

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2013
Changes I made: I arraged 2-3 sliced apples and a handful of grapes around the Golumpki beforpouring in the sauce. I grew up with a Polish caregiver and this is how she made her cabbage rolls. I am aware the recipe is Russian however I chose it because the ingredients were traditional. DELICIOUS! I impressed my family and myself. this is a staple in my home from now on.

No-Noodle Zucchini Lasagna

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2013
Comforting. I used ground turkey instead of ground beef to make this one more fitness friendly. Who needs noodles with lasagna this good. YUM! My brother in law couldn't stop eating it. My dinner guests are begging me to make it again!

Indian Chicken Curry (Murgh Kari)

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2013
Whoa! I can't believe that I made this in my kitchen! Great flavor, just enough heat w/o taking over the other spices. Only complaint is it has a bitter after taste that I wish I could eliminate.
