This was really, really, REALLY good!!! The marinate was to die for. Semi froze the flank and it was easy to get thin slices. I did let it marinate for at least 5 hours. Never have eaten Beef Bulgogi before, so, didn't really know what side dishes to serve with it. Next time I will double the marinate---keeping some to cook at the end and serve with the meat and rice. Found the red leaf lettuce too flimsy---next time I'll try a different lettuce. Made a cucumber salad as others suggested & thought it was a good compliment.
