Cheddar Chicken

I didn't really care for this recipe but some of it may be my fault as I used low fat cheddar cheese. I think I should've covered the dish since I used low fat because the cheddar became hard and crusty. My fiance loved it and I liked the flavor that the cornflakes gave the chicken but I don't think I'll make this one again.

Shrimp and Crab Enchiladas

This was pretty good but not great. I can of crabmeat is definitely not enough. I hate to say it but I think using the fake crabmeat would work better because it is in large pieces. I couldn't find green enchilada sauce and used red. I also mixed in the green onions w/the shrimp, crab and cheese. My fiance is not a seafood fan but I am. He said this was a little below average.

Angel Chicken Pasta

This recipe is very good. I agree with other's that it's a tad salty but still delicious. I used bowtie pasta and ended up having some pasta and sauce leftover. I ate them the next day and it tasted even better. I'll make this one again.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

I made this yesterday and it was fabulous. I used a 4 lb. chuck roast and cooked it on low for 6 hours. I think the fact that I had a really good roast helped. I should've taken the roast out about a 1/2 earlier. The sauce was very good. I didn't have the patience to make a gravy so I spooned a little on my serving of meat and potatoes. It was very tasy and the roast was extremely tender. My fussy fiance has enjoyed every recipe I've used on this site and am enjoying them myself!

Garlic Chicken

This was a very good and easy recipe. I had been making something similar but cooking the chicken in a covered skillet. The oven-method is much cleaner! I used Italian bread crumbs and sprinkled fresh parmesan on the top of the breasts. In the future I'll add the parmesan at the end as the cheese got a little crunchy.
