Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Why in the world anyone would buy Teriyaki sauce when this is the best I have ever had. I did increase the brown sugar and added toasted sesame seeds. The best.....I couldn't quit tasting it you would of thought it was soup.....YUM!

Best Bread Machine Bread

I made 2 loaves using the disposable bread pans. They were oh so cute and I gave one away. Now I am badgered daily to make more.....only now I use a traditional size bread pan. YUM! My suggestion is to keep this one a secret if you do not want to bake everyday.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Excellent and easy. The recipe made exactly 8 muffins but too much struesel topping. I thawed out the blueberries before planning to bake so they were really blueish......but tasty none the less.

Garlic Prime Rib

I had a 6.5lb roast and used the same instructions as if using a 10lb roast. I thought my meat thermometer was broken because it did not even register anything. Nope, it wasn't! After cooking it for the reccommended time it was still VERY, VERY Rare inside; so my dinner was delayed for another hour while we put in back in the oven. It then registered 145 degrees. I only give this a 3* because of the 500 degrees for 20 minutes make the outside really crispy and tasty. But definetly use a thermometer and add an hour for a 6.5lb roast using the 325 degrees.

Split Pea Soup Atu

I did not change a thing, but now I am going to use my Xmas Ham bone and see what happens. But those who go "yuck" at pea soup...loved this.
