Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad
The overall taste of this recipe is excellent, BUT, the recipe is incomplete. I have a tendency to alter recipes to my own taste, but since I was making this for a group (Easter Brunch), I went word for word. Make sure you grease the pan before pressing in the crust or it will stick (not in directions.) I used frozen strawberries, as the recipe suggests, not frozen-sliced strawberries in syrup. The berries are too big if not sliced. And the consistancy of the jello is a bit like jello jigglers (almost too firm) since 1/2 the normal amout of water for jello is used (usually 4 cups for a 6oz pkg of jello.) Like I stated before, it tasted great, but was nearly impossible to serve, and may be more interesting with lemon jello and a bit more water (maybe 3 cups instead of 2.)

Quick and Easy Crab Rangoon Dip
This may be a variation of Crab Rangoons, but there is way too much crab vs cream cheese. I had to double the cream cheese to somewhat get away from what looked like Tuna Salad. Maybe the crabmeat I used was too good for the recipe (I used claw meat.) I'm guessing the basic white canned crabmeat, or even surimi would work better. And, you MUST add green onion...
