Best Spinach Dip Ever

The name is certainly appropriate! I've made this numerous times, which says a lot for me since I crave variety. It's great with sourdough bread, beer bread, crackers or just on the end of your finger. This is a great recipe that everyone loves.

Overnight Blueberry French Toast

This recipe is appealing to the eye - but not the taste buds. To my family - it tasted bland & it seemed there was too much bread. I was hoping the edges would have a crispy texture - like French Toast - it did not. Just soft & doughy. I can't quite put my finger on what it needs, but it's definitely lacking some pizazz. I won't waste my time on this one again.

Fried Cabbage II

Tried this recipe with a few modifications since I'm trying to watch my weight. I sauteed turkey bacon in about 1 Tbs of Canola oil, and used artificial sweetener. It was absolutely delicious! Even my "non-vegetable eating" husband loved it. The vinegar adds a special flavor. I'll definitely make this again, and again, and again. Thank you for sharing!

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

I made this recipe for the first time for Christmas. My family members tend to be "food critics" with anything new, so I wasn't expecting much. They loved it! I followed the recipe exactly (except for garnishment)and although I read some reviews that stated it was too sweet, I didn't think it was - as long as the pieces were cut into about 1 inch cubes. I sprinkled edible gold glitter on the top - looked very festive. I will definitely make this again.

Corn Dip

This is a really great snack - and very easy to make. I made a few alterations: I used only 8 oz of cheddar cheese, which seemed like enough - and I added about 1-1/2 teaspoons of ground cumin. Great recipe!

Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

I've made this recipe several times & it should come with a warning - HIGHLY ADDICTIVE!! It's delicious! Made it for the Super Bowl game & even the big, hunky guys loved it! It's also a nice alternative for those of us watching the calories. And it's so easy to make - I would suggest doubling the recipe. YUM!
