My cooking triumphs
Cooked many weekends at camps for my son's Air Cadet squadron for upwards of 100 cadets. Cooking a full Christmas diner on a two burner elec. stove and small oven, for 6 people.
My cooking tragedies
My bread & rolls here in Mexico at 5000Ft. have not been very successful, had some really miserable looking loafs.

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole
I have always used a slightly different recipe when making this casserole. I add a couple of carrots and a turnip, while cutting back sweet potato to one med. I cook them all together and mash them together when cooked. Try it you might like.

American Lasagna
Only change I would make is to add a pkg. of frozen spinach, thawed and drained to the egg mixture.
