This banana bread is so delicious and moist! You can't eat just one slice. It bakes beautifully and is so flavorful! Tip: spread some butter on the top - it makes a great mid-day snack! Thanks for the recipe.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2004
The title of this recipe says it all. These are absoultely AMAZING!!! I can't believe how moist these turned out; and the recipe doesn't call for many ingredients either. I made these muffins for a family brunch and they were gone in a matter of minutes. I've already given this recipe to half of my family and friends. Thank you for sharing this recipe with me!

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2009
This is an excellent cornbread recipe! As recommended, I mixed all of the ingredients together in the skillet and then poured the batter directly into the pan. I also added a small can of sweet creamed corn to the mixture at the very end. This made the bread incredibly moist and very dense... almost like a cornbread pudding! Serve it with butter and it's absolutely delicious! Thank you for sharing your recipe. This one will be tagged as a family favorite!

Zucchini-Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2010
Deliciously moist muffins! Though, instead of adding walnuts to the mix, I chopped them up and sprinkled a few on top of each muffin cup before placing the pan in the oven - I also added a little bit of sugar, too (makes for a nice sweet crust). Try using a large (6-cup) muffin pan next time... fill each cup 3/4 full and you've got yourself a gourmet muffin! Thanks for sharing!

Poppy Seed Bundt Cake II

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2012
I was on the hunt for a delicious lemon poppy seed cake recipe, and was thrilled to find this. What a fantastic cake -- and extremely moist! I happened to make a few modifications which included using a lemon cake mix instead of a yellow mix, and then added gated lemon peel and the juice of 1 lemon to the batter. It baked up beautifully and tasted divine! Thanks for sharing... I'll be making this again soon!
