Classic Macaroni Salad
I made the recipe just about exactly as stated. I did add the optional carrots. I used red bell pepper instead of the green because that's what I had on hand. I added cut up hard boiled eggs. I've never made macaroni salad with the sugar and vinegar because it didn't sound good. Those two items were the key!!! This was the best macaroni salad I've ever made or had. It wasn't too sweet like I saw on some reviews. It was great! Everyone in my family loved it. Note- Make sure you put it in the frig for the 4 hours like it states. When you make it and mix it together it will be very runny. I thought I messed up the recipe. After the 4 hours in the frig is was perfect!

Kelsey's Cheesy Bacon Breasts
Everyone in my house liked this recipe. I only had enough bacon to put a half of a strip on each chicken breast. I think it needed the whole strip. Next time I would cut the baking time by about 5 minutes or cut time in the pan. I was just worried about the chicken cooking all the way through because my chicken breasts were thick. It wasn't dry but we weren't able to cut it with a fork like some of the other reviews. I had to make my own bbq sauce last minute because I thought I had some but no. We will definitely be adding it to our dinner rotation.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
My family loved this recipe. I followed it exactly except for the ginger root, which I didn't have. I added 1 teaspoon of ground ginger instead. I used Sriracha Chili Sauce(rooster on bottle) for the hot sauce and it was spicy! We wanted more of the sauce so next time I will double the sauce. Mine was sweet and spicy, not too sticky but GREAT! We served over white rice and had some veggies on the side. We will definitely be making again.
