Baked French Toast

This is soooooo good! It will keep me from going to IHOP for my french toast fix. I didn't have any corn syrup so I just melted butter and added a small amount of brown sugar. So good! I also didn't have 1/2 and 1/2 and it came out fine. Added some nutmeg to the milk and egg mixture too.

Oven Roasted Red Potatoes

These are great! I never had any onion soup so just use olive oil (don't measure just from my bottle with a spout). Coat in oregano, sea salt, garlic powder and a small amount of onion powder. No need or the soup mix at all. Cooked for the recommended time and temperature. Yummy!

Eggplant Parmesan I

This was so good! I'm 39 weeks pregnant and was doing this as a last resort and had resigned myself to the idea that it would be gross. Took another reviewers idea and coated the eggplant in milk and used breadcrumbs first. Then followed the recipe. Yummy!

Spoiled Baby Back Ribs

Great recipe! Didn't have all the ingredients for the sauce so I just boiled some ribs for one hour as the directions stated. I seasoned the ribs in a bowl after they boiled. I then mixed bbq sauce, maple syrup and vinegar together to make a sauce of my own. Coated the ribs and cooked them on 450 for 15 minutes basting every few minutes. Really good! Husband loved it!

Cajun Chicken Pasta

I've made this for the second time. Its is MUCH better with penne pasta..which absorbs more of the sauce. Still a great recipe!
