Chocolate Sandwich Cookies I

They were like whoopie pies, but the cookie part itself didn't have a very sweet flavor.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie I

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2004
This pie was so good! My family could not believe I made it, and asked where I bought it. Make sure to use chocolate crumb crust. Also, the recipe makes extra batter

they were pretty good, but i've tasted better. I halved the recipe, which may have contributed to my opinion.

Polvorones de Canele (Cinnamon Cookies)

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2004
They were not what I accpected them to be, but they were still really good!! they don't exactly look like the picture however. They were also light and airy. I partially melted the butter, which led to the dough not being stiff, but they tasted even better this way!

Danish Pastry Apple Bars

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2004
the dough was pretty hard to spread, and before cooked, it was stretched very thin, although it did poof up after being cooked. The top layer I had a hard time fitting. It wasn't too sweet, next time I would add more sugar, or get sweeter apples.

Apple Shortbread Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2004
This was very good! The only thing was the crust was a little too thick for the unmassive filling. If I were to make it again, I would probably double the filling, since the shortbread over powered its taste. Also, I would cover the edges with tinfoil, because the shortbread browns easily

Gooey Brownies with Shortbread Crust

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2004
These were really good! The brownie part was delicious, especially with chocolate chunks added! The shortbread part had a flakey texture, that tasted unusual with the brownies, but it was still yummy! I thought the were pretty good, but my family ate all of them!

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2004
I use this recipe all of the time, they are the best brownies! I add chocolate chunks for an added treat! I also sometimes mix sprinkles into the frosting (which hardens). A+!

Peanut Butter Cups

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2004
These were soooo good! I've made them quite a few times already, and I can't stop eating them all up before I even give them out! I made the chocolate on the stove, and the peanut butter in the microwave, and added a tbsp. of butter to the peanut butter. They're very sweet, and even better than Hershey's! Just make sure to let them fully refridgerate. They're a little hard to remove from the muffin tins, I used a knife and cut around the sides.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2004
These are definately the best chocolate cookies I have ever had! I make them now all of the time. Just make sure not to grease the cookie sheet, or they spread out and don't work well.
