Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2012
These are awesome! I did not have cream of tarter so I used 2 tsp baking powder instead of the cream of tarter and baking soda. I used a medium cookie scoop and cooked them at 375 for 9 minutes and they came out PERFECT!!

White Chocolate, Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2011
Made these last night and they turned out great. Followed others advice and changed to 1tsp baking powder and 1tsp baking soda. Checked on cooking after 8 minutes and were not flattening out. Pressed them down with a fork in the oven and baked 1 more minute and they came out perfectly!

Chocolate Cookie Buttercream Frosting

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2010
Yummy! Added more milk to get the right consistency. Just enough to frost a 13X9. Would need to double for a larger cake. Will definetly make again.

Crispy Herb Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2010
I never would of thought to use potato flakes. I used the flakes and some Tony's seasoning. Also, mixed the butter with an egg and placed severel chucks of butter around the chicken while it was cookin. Everyone said it was very tastey!
