Well I have been cooking since I was a teenager and my cooking style has changed over the years in that I now find ways to cook and eat healthier. While I don't usually create a totally new recipe I enjoy mixing and matching recipes. I will look at several and take things I like from them and combine them to make my own version of the dish. Crazy isn't it?? Inevitably I will tend to do this when I am expecting company...even crazier...oh well usually have very good results
