This recipe is SOOO GOOD! Here is a few tricks though. 1. Make sure the pasta is al dente. DONT OVER COOK! 2. Dont add the Olive Oil for the meat.. it doesnt need it. 3. ***Most Important*** Drain the grease after the meat is cook and use a paper towel to dry the meat of all grease. 4. After you add the cream turn the heat up and keep stiring. The longer you stir the thicker(Better) your sauce will turn out! I really did love this recipe!
