My family enjoyed this rice. It was simple and made a nice side dish. It makes a ton though so you could make it as an entree with or with out some meat added. Just don't cook it too long! I did not use cilantro because I don't care for it.

Emily's Famous Tiramisu

This was quite easy for an experienced cook. I made it for Thanksgiving and my in-laws who are used to restaurant tiramisu gobbled it up. I made mine in a triffle dish and used a mocha kahlua. Tonight I used the filling recipe using Irish cream to make tiramisu cupcakes. Yum!

Banana Pancakes I

I had some leftover coconut milk that needed to be used up as well as some plain yogurt. I used those items in place of the milk called for in the recipe. They came out moist and delicious!
