Holiday Cranberry Sauce
I made this last year (using others advice and lowering the sugar and lowering the temp to medium and adding sugar at the beginning) and it was really good and I don't even like cranberry sauce. I just spoke to my boyfriend on the phone about our Thanksgiving menu and he said, "Hey are you making that cranberry sauce again?" Definitely a keeper!

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting
I made this frosting for a chocolate layer cake with strawberry filling and it was fabulous! I took others' advice and put the bowl and beaters in the freezer and whipped the cream first and then put the whipped cream in the freezer while I made the cream cheese part. I also ran the bowl for the cream cheese part under hot water and let the cream cheese sit on the counter to soften for about a half hour before I mixed it. And I used 1 cup of powdered sugar and a half cup of cocoa powder (my son wanted chocolate frosting) instead of the regular sugar. I then popped the whole thing back in the freezer while I made the strawberry filling for my cake, so that may have firmed it up a bit too. It was light and fluffy but still firm and I could have done piping with it if I had needed to, so it definitely was not runny or lumpy at all. Thanks a bunch for the great recipe!

Golden Pork Chops
I just made this recipe and it was fabulous! I followed other's advice and sauteed the onion and mushrooms in butter and added a clove of diced garlic and browned the chops lightly in the remaining butter, but other than that, I followed the recipe. Two cans of cream of mushroom soup makes a perfect gravy which goes great with mashed potatoes. I have a 10 year old picky eater and an 18 year old that eats me out of house and home and both loved it! I will absolutely make this recipe again, in fact, I will probably add it to my regular rotation.
