My favorite things to cook
Chicken Medley; I cook up chicken, rice, black/pinto beans, onion, bell peppers, zucchini, cilantro and corn. Let ingredients cool, add a cilantro/lime sauce and mix. This is a delicious healthy meal that I simply LOVE making :) This is all thanks to my friend Priscilla who gave me her recipe. She posted a pic of it on FB and I just had to try it.
My cooking triumphs
I really only started cooking 2 years ago when I moved in with my fiancé. I went from having my mother doing most of the cooking to preparing meals for our family of 6. Thanks to sites like Allrecipes.com I have learned to prepare all kinds of foods I never dreamed I'd be able to. I want to try more and more new dishes :)
