Lebanese-Style Red Lentil Soup

this was super easy to make and tasted good too. I too didn't blend all of the soup. I blended only about half of the soup so there would still be chunks.

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta

Very easy and tasty recipe. Due to other reviews, i did use about 1 tbsp of flour to thicken it a little. Also, I used fresh basil and oregano. Turned out great served over spinach tortellini.

Egg and Cheese Puffs

These are so easy and quick to make. Like others, I make them ahead of time and have a quick breakfast every morning.
