Fantastic Focaccia Bread
Great recipe. Very easy & simple. I added black Kalamata olives during the kneading process. I left it to rise for half the day (as I wasn't ready to bake it), I believe this made it extra soft focaccia, then proceeded with the rest ofrecipe. Delicious!! We ate it by dipping pieces of focaccia into a bowl of balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Great appetiser.

Boston Baked Beans
Very nice!!! My husband absolutely loved these beans. We added a ham hock and some pieces of pork with bones and a couple of cloves of crushed garlic. This came out very delicious. One thing though, next time I might omit the brown sugar as we both found it a little sweet. I think the molasses would give it enough sweetness. This is definately a keeper and worth taking the time to make. Thank you for sharing this with us all.

Thick-Style Lebanese Garlic Sauce
This recipe is a winner. Over the years I have tried to make this with different implements, without success. Using the hand blender is ingenious. The consistency is perfect. Thank you so much!!! No more boring bbq's.
