Excellent cranberry salad. Switched to this recipe a few years back from the cranberry fluff. Easy to make,keeps well. Make sure you use 16 ounces of cranberries. Most store packages are 12 ounce now.I also cut down the sugar to 1 1/2 cups.

No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

I also cut the butter down to 3/4 cup. Cooking the oats in the butter/brown sugar mixture a few minutes made them taste as if they were baked. A great summer treat!

Luscious Slush Punch

Absolutely wonderful!I did decrease the sugar to 11/2 cups and replaced 3 cups of the water with 3 cups vodka. It freezes to a perfect slush. In the summer time for our garage parties I use a 2 gallon insulated drink dispenser without the lid for a punch bowl. It helps keep it slushly in warm weather. We also prefer sugar free ginger ale instead of the lemone-lime soda. All of my friends request this punch w/punch! : )

Double Chocolate Mocha Trifle

Amazing! Easy to prepare,stunning presentation. I used a partial bag of Heath toffee bits instead of chopped candy bars which makes it easier yet. Make sure to chill well to let the flavors meld. Can't wait to make again!

Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes

Wonderful! The crock was scraped clean at the potluck we attended. I doubled the recipe and it fit perfectly in a 6 quart slow cooker. I made again for just my family, leftovers didn't taste like leftovers. I will add this to my permenant file.
