Berry Custard Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2004
I used regular sour cream and whole eggs and it turned out great. The crust was a little cake like and the presenation wasn't pretty but it made up in taste.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2007
It was pretty good. I would use more cheese next time and not as much meat. Sauce was a little salty but extra cheese would help that. It was even better the next day.

I just about doubled the sugar and it was very good. Next time I will add whole pieces of corn. This one is a keeper.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2007
These were great! I did just about double the oats and added extra peanut butter (plus a little extra flour) The texture was what made these ones a keeper. They remind me of the ones my grammy use to make

No Bake Double Good Dessert

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2007
This is really good but you must love peanut butter. I cut the powder sugar in half, still very sweet. The only problem I had was the crust just crumbled and had to be scooped out and sprinkled on top

Carrot Bread I

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2007
very good as muffins (bake for 15-20 min at 350) topped with homemade cream cheese frosting. Next time I would add more carrots and 1 1/2 c coconut, and more cinnamon

Breakfast Pies

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2008
Taste was good, but not sure worth the effort. I don't have any picky eaters to combat with. Husband and kids said next time just make the biscuits on the side. The did turn out very cute!

Oatmeal Pancakes II

very good and fairly easy. I used whole wheat flour and threw in a banana and some flax seeds. They were a little dense. I doubled it wish I had made more for a family of four

French Toast Souffle

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2008
extremely good for the amount of effort put in. I did bake covered for 25 mins, then uncovered for 15 mins. I didn't have any mushy parts. I added a lot of cinnamon and 2 tsp of nutmeg. I love making this when we have a houseful over for breakfast. Everyone eats at the same time!!! No waiting for the next piece of french toast!

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2008
Soooo Good!!!and easy!! I doubled the marinade and let is sit all day. We used chicken thighs, sweet peppers, onions, and pineapple (didn't marinate the pineapple) also I put carrots in the marinate but not on the skewers. We had left over everything and the next day we made a stir fry and then I used the carrots. It was so good!!!!
