Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2014
super easy and quick. I misread and only used 1 tsp of baking soda but turned out great. But it is what it is a simple biscuit. I forgot to make bread in the morning and threw these together last min. it helped save dinner

so good, it's sweet but you can still taste the potatoes. Also very easy, it did take a while for the potatoes to cool.

Banana Muffins with a Crunch

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2010
my kids loved it, I loved it. We didn't have granola so we used oats. I cut it in half and made mini muffins. Next time I will not cut it half and use granola I think that will only make it better

Spaghetti Carbonara II

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2010
We loved this! It's a great recipe because it is such basic ingredients. It was out side of my comfort level and I was a little scared of tossing the noddles in the egg. But it turned out so creamy and we just could not stop eating it. Next time I will chop the onions smaller and add more cheese.

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2008
Soooo Good!!!and easy!! I doubled the marinade and let is sit all day. We used chicken thighs, sweet peppers, onions, and pineapple (didn't marinate the pineapple) also I put carrots in the marinate but not on the skewers. We had left over everything and the next day we made a stir fry and then I used the carrots. It was so good!!!!

French Toast Souffle

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2008
extremely good for the amount of effort put in. I did bake covered for 25 mins, then uncovered for 15 mins. I didn't have any mushy parts. I added a lot of cinnamon and 2 tsp of nutmeg. I love making this when we have a houseful over for breakfast. Everyone eats at the same time!!! No waiting for the next piece of french toast!

very good and fairly easy. I used whole wheat flour and threw in a banana and some flax seeds. They were a little dense. I doubled it wish I had made more for a family of four
